My Role
As part of the Emerald City Games UI team I:
Conceptualized and designed UI elements such as menus, buttons, icons and widgets
Created mock ups to visualize and iterate on UI designs
Collaborated with game designers, artists and programmers to align UI design with gameplay mechanics and overall artistic direction
Conducted research to gather data and refine UI designs
Optimized UI layouts and assets for various screen sizes, resolutions, and device orientations
Integrated UI assets and animations into Unity
Ensured consistency in visual style, branding and typography across all UI elements
